An amazing hotel - the nest (rooftop bar) is beautiful.

Stayed there several times. Always very clan and high standard.

Asian lady on the lobby and the cleaner were the best things about this place. It is not clean at all - the floors in the hallways are badly stained and in the room was also clearly very dirty. Both of us got bites all over us from the bed and probably also caught colds and diarrhoea from the lack of hygiene in the breakfast - which was poor. One of the sausages tasted like dog food? I didn’t know if I ate something intended for dogs so I looked around. Lol. The other tray was fine. Kids sneezing over the pancake machine. People handling foods with hands then placing it back. The cleaner is clearly overworked and underpaid - I would imagine she does all of it probably alone. When we arrived and came across her to ask where our room was she was so tired and could barely speak. We felt so bad for her. I know what it is to work that hard so I know how to recognise that. The Asian lady in the lobby was amazing - she belongs in a hotel. But she also appears to be the only person there who knows what her job is. She called upon another lady to help us with new towels and she had no clue whatsoever. Same with tissue paper for the toilet paper - we got room tissues. Room was never cleaned or towels or tissues replaced - so this isn’t a hybrid hotel/hostel.. it’s a hostel that charges hotel money and is way too much for what it is… or what it isn’t. Our standards are not particularly high and we’re tolerant and understanding but wow.

Lovely villa with back garden and front drive. Modern, clean and feels very homely! My children aged 4 and 7 loved it also.

Absolutely fabulous stay! Mini break away for my mum and I as we were attending a concert in Manchester. This place is fabulous! Great location. The staff here are all brilliant and very welcoming. From the staff on front desk to the staff in the restaurant we want to say a massive thank you for how wonderful you all have been! Our room was excellent and the pool/ hot tub was such a treat. Unfortunately no steam room due to maintenance issue but it didn’t matter as the rest of the facilities were lovely ! 100% recommend :))
