Staff was amazing! A/c was cool just like I like, shower was hot and amazing rainfall. Room was clean and spacious! Definitely my fav hotel in Zacatecas. Breakfast 10/10.

Pésimo servicio, a pesar, de que ya había pagado el hospedaje a través de Expedia, en recepción me dijeron, que para ellos no era válido ese pago y que debía pagar nuevamente en el hotel. No me quisieron asignar habitación, aún cuando se comunicaron con ellos directamente de Expedia para mediar el asunto.
