Regency Inn Richmond

Best Western PLUS Executive Hotel
Only one elevator worked in building, waiting for elevator took 5-7minutes every trip. Breakfast area was open 6:30-9:30; but the staff stopped replenishing food at 8:50, both mornings. By 9:10 no bagels, bread, pancake mix, eggs, sausage or fruit was available.

Hotel was beautiful and the location was nice. Just a heads up they no longer offer valet parking, so if you’re checking in late at night, be prepared to head to the parking garage around the corner.
