If I could give ZERO stars I would we arrived and our room was the only one left. After a long day of traveling from FL all we wanted was rest. The room was dirty and reaked of mildew. The lobby and counters were dirty. The bathroom toilet looked like someone had just used it after a Taco Bell marathon and had their dog sitting their next to them and left wads of dog hair on the floor. Shower was not clean. Went down immediately to talk to front desk only to be met with no other room option and being told housekeeping had left already. After repeated requests to get the mgr involved she said, I guess I can go clean it for you, manager probably wouldn't approve a refund. WHAT???!?!?!?! DISGUSTING. horrible service for an outdated dirty hotel. No laundry as advertised on Expedia. DO NOT EVEN BOTHER BOOKING HERE. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE WHERE IT WILL BE VALUED. EXPEDIA DID NOTHING TO HELP. USE ANOTHER PLATFORM I WILL NEVER USE EXPEDIA AGAIN.

It was very convenient for me. I was able to walk to the Venue where I was playing all weekend. And able to walk to Texas Roadhouse to eat. But there were other places to eat in a close proximity.

Nice place to rest for our coaster trip!

Spacious suite. The only thing I wish it had, that it didnt, was a sink in the kitchenette area. Showers have shampoo & conditioner squeeze bottle in them, but when we arrived the shampoo was nearly empty, so I had to ask them to put a new bottle in. Breakfast had waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, cereal, bagels/muffins and packets to make oatmeal, along w various drinks.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast seating was tight but the food was good and replenished quickly. Beds were comfortable. The pool area was nice, hot tub was closed for repair. While the room and building were clean, it is in need of repair and updates. Mildew and what looked to be mold were in the corners of the bathroom, near the tub, and the bathroom door was warped due to moisture. There were only three sets of towels for the suite and one roll of toilet paper (hanging) that was half-gone. Lighting was quite dim in the "living room" area of the suite. Since the hotel is positioned right off of 95, the highway noise was noticeable for the light sleepers in our family. The parking lot is shared with an adjacent hotel. There were only a few spots open when we arrived later in the evening. Not sure what they would do if it was full. Overall, our stay was fine for one night and for the price. Not sure I would stay again.
