Best hotel ever

Everything about this hotel was amazing. Every staff member I saw was so friendly and upbeat. The lady at the counter at check in was awesome. Another lady heard my son saying he smelled popcorn. She ran down the hall to tell us where that free popcorn was located. The staff working the breakfast was so friendly and funny I thought they were guests at first. They had a free dinner for guests with 3 free alcoholic drinks per guest. Will 100% stay here again when in Richmond.

Great hotel!!

Location was just off the interstate, indoor pool and hot tub, very helpful staff, free breakfast and DINNER plus adult drinks included! I was very impressed by the atmosphere of this hotel and was told every location does the same, I will be looking for Drury everywhere I go!

Delayed Christmas in our room at Drury!!

We had the most amazing stay. The staff went out of their way to personalize our stay. Thank you guys so much. This is the place we will come back to over and over when we are visiting our family in the area. We had our family Christmas and I even brought a small Christmas tree to put our gifts under.

I liked how friendly and helpful all of the staff I had encounters with were. The hotel had such a warm, lively and welcoming atmosphere. The room was put together well. The only thing I would recommend is if the bathroom was paid more attention to when being cleaned. Other than that, everything was great and I will for sure be staying here again my next trip to VA.
