Overall my stay was pleasant and I would definitely stay here again. With that being said here are some things that are pros and cons. Pros: 1. Location!!! It’s located in the short pump area, so you are super close to great shopping and lots of amazing food options. It was easy to get to and from the hotel. 2. Parking - I liked that the parking was underground, with a key access entrance to the elevators. 3. Room - I thought the bed was very comfortable. Mini fridge and microwave were nice. Room was extremely spacious. Cons: 1. At the time of my stay one elevator was down but there was no signage stating that. So, there was some waiting. 2. Room -The room didn’t have a full length mirror, the only mirror was in the bathroom. So getting ready is harder with multiple people, and you can’t see your full outfit to make sure you look ok. There is only a shower, no tub. It was fine for me but if you’re traveling with small children that may be an issue. 3. Noise - the room I was in had a very loud heating/air unit. I like noise when I sleep so it was fine for me. If you like quiet and are a light sleeper, I could see it being a nuisance. Walls are thin and the doors slam so you hear a lot of slamming doors. If your neighbors are loud you will hear them. Overall I was pleased with my stay. They offer free breakfast (I never went so I can’t say how it is). Staff were friendly. Room was clean. I don’t have any complaints that would keep me from staying again.

Front desk clerk was nice enough. The rooms were clean, but there was some wear and tear on the closet doors. Nice view of the pond with a fountain. However the screens on the window had tears in them and had been taped. The back of the building in the middle looked terrible. I probably won’t stay there again.

I like this hotel for the location, price , cleanliness and amenities. The staff we interacted with were super friendly. This is our 2nd stay here. The decor is sleek and modern.

First night, I found a toy in my sheets. Next day after that , our room was not cleaned. Last day, neither key worked. Internet kept going in and out. Shampoo bottle only had enough for one person.

Only one elevator working so the wait to come and go from 5th floor room was very long. Staff using the same elevator with trash. Hotel is dirty. Breakfast was cold, stale and basic. Staff was unapologetic for not notifying us of fire drill. Smoke smell every night in our room for five night. Guests in garage smoking and drinking using old hotel furniture did not feel safe. Terrible experience. Where is the management??
