Days Inn Hurley suited the two of us for a cold winters weekend in Hurley. Though not located near the downtown entertainment street, it's only a short five min.drive away. Ironwood Michigan's commercial "Strip" and historical downtown is only a slightly longer drive away. The double queen room was clean, though not spacious, and they include a continental breakfast bar including hot waffles.Room walls weren't very thick, but we don't expect silence. A spacious (for the north woods) pool and jacuzzi was clean and the pool area was warm. Their indoor sauna was out of commision during our stay.. no biggie. The staff was friendly. This place seemed very popular with the snowmobilers (mid Feb.visit) and their loud engines woke us up each morning. That's not avoidable unless you are early risers... just anticipate it during the winter. We would stay at this motel again.

It was a decent hotel. Little spendy for the room but it had a great view. Definitely cater to snowmobiles in the winter which is expected. I did not eat at the restaurant so cannot say how that is. The front desk guy seemed a little uptight and wasn't going to let me check in early until after he heard they were done cleaning all the rooms.

Munising is our usual stop on the way home to Michigan from MN. This is my second stay at the hotel. Check in was fast. Room was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable and quiet... Perfect after a long day of driving. My only nit pick, if any, the toilet/shower room could use a fan, otherwise no other complaints. For the price, hard to beat!

The hotel was in a beautiful area. The staff was friendly, even with us checking in late. The room was gorgeous, but the furniture was super stiff and uncomfortable. No continental breakfast was provided, but they did recommend a few places to eat near by.
