Lobby area was uncomfortably warm. Parking was too far from the building. We couldn’t watch tv, even after two techs came to work on it. All in all, I won’t recommend kewadin to anyone

I was impressed at the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff in every part of the hotel. Even though there are major renovations going on, they make their best effort to accommodate people as they arrive.

Not the best place to stay in the Soo

Not sure why they put me in the old East Wing room, but it was old and not very pleasant. Very worn out. It was clean. But not good. The restaurant was very lackluster and had no atmosphere at all. The service was okay, and the food was just okay as well.

This was the worst hotel experience ever. 1 printed paper on the corner of the front desk stating construction noise may occur- ok, when we got off the elevator to FIND our room we were IN the construction zone. Live electric wires hangig everywhere, no signs directing you where

Room 108 is a handicapped room, which we didn't need. The shower was open which allowed water to spray on the floor. The sink works by sensor, temperature can't be controlled and pressure is so soft it was hard to rinse toothbrush. The bed was comfortable, plenty of pillows. Room was clean. We stayed for 3 nights, all in all it was okay. We've stayed a few times before and the rooms were always nicer than this particular one. When checking out, Becky at the desk didn't acknowledge us. When I said we are checking out of room 108, she took the key cards without looking up from her screen, then grumpily asked if I wanted copy of the receipt. Good Morning to you too. Everyone else we encountered was friendly and helpful. We did enjoy our stay in Sault Ste Marie, many things to do. We will definitely stay again.
