Awful place

Beds where pretty hard, the air conditioning was awful called for maintenance to check it out and all he said was its the same for all the rooms. We sweated the whole time here even at night. The fixtures and everything are from like 1970. No hot breakfeast either for the highprice we paid.

John & Rebecca at the front are awesome!! Super friendly and very informative of the building and even pointed out some nearby attractions & restaurants. We were impressed as soon as we walked in, we requested an extra day to stay to enjoy. Pool is awesome! The whole place is beautiful and well kept.

It was very pretty in the lobby, hot tub. But pool could have been warmer,better steps in deep pool and pumps turned on in the outside pool with a little heat in water it was freezingcold oit there....but the pavilion was gorgeous and I LOVED SEEING THE BEARS THERE! The staff was awesome!!!! The unique pool area was cute, amd outside deck on pool was very nice just to cold of water n pumps weren't on to circulate the bees lol..

The best part of the trip was the two pools, indoor and outdoor. Its walking distance from the main Gatlinburg strip. Our room was spacious and clean. Towels were replenished daily. Beds were comfortable, plenty of parking. The pillows were of good quality.
