We wete on the 4th floor and our ac unit was enclosed on the balcony. The bexroom was next to it and it made a loud noise while running. There were birds building a nest on the balcony as well so each morning there would be twigs and other nest material on the deck. Thr room was good and overall we had a good time.

Had a blast! 8 family members stayed in a suite that was like a condo/mini apartment. Staff was friendly and helpful fixed minor problems promptly. It's close enough to do all the things offered in the area but not right on the main road. Kids loved the pools and activities! Adults loved the hot tubs and slides! Would definitely stay here again!

Yes, this resort is a little outdated and could use some upgrades - but, overall fantastic! You get your monies worth and then some. Stayed with a 3 & 6 year old and they enjoyed the butterfly area & build a bear activities in addition to the waterpark area. Friendly staff. Clean room & spacious. Nice to have a kitchen & washer/dryer in the unit. Fun free popsicle cart poolside for kids & cheap cabana rental for the day. Highly recommend!

Room was amazing, clean and pleasant view. My kids loved the bunk beds and us parents loved the bedroom had a door. Fun water activities. The grounds were beautiful with lots of fun things to do. We roasted marshmallows and sat by firepits. Kids placed putt putt. Would stay again.

The only good thing about this property is the space the rooms give you along with the kitchen. There are only 3 drawers available and they barely opened and closed. The toilet didn’t flush and the pool is the worst experience. They don’t have enough floats for the last river and my two teen girls were told they had to give their floats up for other guests. You can’t have any food within the pool areas even though 99% of the seating is tables. There are very few loungers and the life guards get on you for everything. We left after one night and went to a resort that we could actually enjoy our vacation and relax.

Best resort in Sevierville, Tennessee. Only thing I wish they did was serve breakfast, but the fully stocked and full kitchen does accommodates for that. I literally felt like I had my own little apartment during my stay.The water park is not closing till 10/11 PM is amazing!!!!!!! Super responsive staff as well.

The mini golf course was all torn up and wood framed was rotten. There baseball team(s) there were tossing balls all over the pool. I had small kids the kept getting hit. The parents with them were drinking beer in the pool.
