Absolutely gorgeous hotel and a great place to get snowed in! The staff were all amazing and the hotel was even more amazing than pictured. Gotta come back and stay in one of those haunted rooms next time!

The Read House is a must at least one time if you visit Chattanooga. Even if just for a coffee, cocktail or great meal in the steakhouse on the property. I have been traveling alone and as a female, I always feel safe, The staff is above par and the rooms beautiful and clean! I can't say enough!

This property looks nice from the lobby but your room may be a nightmare from decades past. The shades do not block the sunlight. The bathroom has paint on everything. The carpet looks filthy. And the entire room is outdated.

Best hotel in Tennessee!

A perfect stay: stunning lobby, mezzanine and bar. Lovely indoor heated swimming pool. Wonderful and warm service. Great location downtown. Incredible value.

A memorable stay

We were here for a wedding with the reception held in the silver ballroom. There was a trolley that was taken to Patton Chapel but the hotel had valet which we used. The staff were efficient and hotel gorgeous. Our room was 516 very comfortable and nicely decorated.
