The staff was wonderful! Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. However, we have a few recommendations for the room: 1. Install a bathroom fan to facilitate air circulation, especially during hot showers. 2. Revisit the bathroom plumbing to improve the toilet's flush pressure. 3. Reimagine the bathroom lighting. Great hotel. Only criticism would be the shower. Did not like the drainage issue. Another problem was the hand held shower head had no decent options for hanging it up to use. Very disappointing. Otherwise the room was great!

Amazing stay again

This was my second year staying at this hotel, and once again, it did not disappoint! The satay was absolutely amazing—full of flavor and perfectly cooked. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was friendly and professional. I especially appreciated that they were able to accommodate my request for a late checkout on a Saturday morning. Whenever I’m in Columbus, Ohio, this will always be my go-to place to stay. Highly recommend!
