I loved the historic character of the hotel. It was very clean and quiet. I would not give 5 stars due to expensive parking garage that was over $50 with tip for overnight. Also, there was no shuttle or trolley nearby to take to the Great American Ballpark. You could easily walk to the stadium, but we had someone with me us who had trouble walking.

I didn't want to get out of that bed!

We were there for a Reds game that evening so we didn't spend a lot of time in the room. We literally dropped bags, went to walk around a bit before the game, came back to shower & sleep. BUT the sleep! I could not stop thinking about how comfy the bed was even after we left! Great night of sleep & this comes from someone with insomnia. Highly recommend for that alone!

We arrived early and was able to check in with no problem , it is within walking distance of restaurants , Great American Ballpark about 10 to 15 min walk . No complimentary Breakfast and the parking costs around $26 for 24 hrs , there are other options like quick pass etc. Would definitely stay here again .

The first room I was given the floor was dirty black marks all over the carpet smelled like mildew. I complained to the front desk and my room was changed. The secobd room had some issues as well marks on the carpet not as bad as the first room. The tub mat had a crack in it. The food in the resturant was good.

For the price you could find better. Shower head doesn’t work. I called front desk to see about getting it fixed. I was told maintenance was on their way but they never showed up. Warm water, not hot for the shower. Curtains are tore with holes in them. Room smells musty. Definitely don’t recommend!

Good, not Great!

The hotel is dated and in need of some furniture and flooring upgrades or a good cleaning. This was my 2nd year staying during the Cincinnati Music Festival. The customer service at the desk (at all times, day/night) was excellent, with a friendly, patient, and resourceful staff. The cleaning staff was also very professional. You have to ask for towels and other room amenities (coffee, cups, little things) and that may be due to this economy. One of the air conditioning units was leaking water and subsequently pooled all over the carpet until it eventually reached the middle of the sitting area after 3 days. The hotel staff didn't seem to be concerned about it, but also said the hotel was sold out, so there wasn't much they could do. The elevator situation (use/access) was a lot better than last year and at least 4 were working! Overall, it was a great stay, but going across the street to the Hyatt to visit a few friends, the Hilton is in need of an upgrade or at least a shampoo and a little paint and wipe down. The restaurant is still in the top 10 when it comes to hotels.

My stay was actually comfortable. The hotel can you some update and service attention...elevators, flooring and maybe some tub reglazing...While my air conditioning was cold there seemed to be a fume coming from the unit...at times it smelled like a pest control substance...My view of the City was Great
