Very nice hotel, and very conveniently located by the rocket arena. Streets were clean even the alleys were well lit and clean. Dinner was amazing, but the breakfast was lousy in the hotel. Wonderful pool and great hot tub, rooms were clean and nice.

Not worth $400

The room was not worth $400 a night. Only nice thing ahout the hotel was that it had valet parking included and the staff was pleasant. The room needs some updates, the bathroom had lots of chipping on the cabinets. No vending machines except downstairs there was a little mini mart.

The hotel was good but a little dated. The area around the hotel felt a little unsafe as there was a crime scene around the corner from the hotel, but I think that’s just Cleveland. The staff was friendly. Not a bad stay.

We appreciated the location and convenience to other attractions. But before we booked the reservations, we had called about parking. We both were traveling on motorcycles and knew that valet could not park our motorcycles so we asked if they had available self parking. They said yes. So we booked the reservations. When we arrived, we found out differently. We had to go around the corner to public garage parking and carry all of our equipment and luggage to the hotel. The valet service personnel were very rude to us when we expressed our dissatisfaction as we realized we had to park around the corner upon arrival. All other personnel inside the hotel were very nice. But if we ever ride to Cleveland again, we will not being staying at this hotel - we will find something with self parking.

Old hotel

They do the cleaning every 3 days, so you need to use the same towels for 3 days unless you called beg for clean ones. Carpets are sort of old and dirty. Bfast was extremely poor, never had it, ate next door.
