We liked the art deco ambiance of the hotel. Also, found the night desk clerk to be very thoughtful and helpful when we were trying to find late night food options. Sadly, overall we felt that the hotel was very understaffed beginning with a very unreasonable wait in our car to valet park and only one desk clerk for check in. We also paid extra for breakfast and upon arrival at the restaurant learned that not only were they without proper staffing, but they ran out of food and were told that they were doing the best that they could. Final comment…the room windows were so filthy it looked as if they had not been cleaned since the property opened.

Great location and wonderful staff. Front desk was very accommodating. Valet service was excellent. I will definitely be back next time I'm in Cleveland for an event at the Rocket center.

Great hotel. Front desk woman was very pleasant during extremely busy check in time. Rooms were very spacious and clean. The walk in shower was huge, for a hotel. Very close to the ball field for a quick walk to and from. Will definitely stay on our next visit. Wonderful restaurants very close by too.

Staff wasn't friendly. They offered no information about valet service (the hotel has no parking), and valet for being there only about 13 hours was almost $60 without tip. When we were checking out, they said they only had 2 luggage carts and they didn't know who had them, so we'd just have to wait for one indefinitely. The ice machine looked broken and was filthy, so I didn't get close enough to see if it worked. Not a great experience for the cost. Pick a different hotel in Cleveland!
