We had the best time there. We were there the last stop from our skandinavian round trip, it was my birthday, the staff was nice enough and put in our room a birthday message for me with some dessert(which was amazingly tasty). The room was spacious for us and clean. The bathroom was really nice with floor heating and clean. We ordered room service one night, and a food was amazing it was delicious. We tried out the sky bar one of the nights and it had a beautiful view. The hotel was at the central so it was easy to reach everything from there. Overall we had a great time there, it was one of a lifetime experience for us. Maybe the only "complain" is that the extra bed is really loud, it was a sofa bed but every time i moved at night it made a loud noise. But it did not affect anything from the experience that we had there. :)

This hotel is in the perfect location. Just a 10 minute walk from the station. 10 minutes in the opposite direction & you're at the waterfront; where you'll find some lovely restaurants with fabulous views; and the ferry to visit 3 of the great museums (Kon Tiki being the favourite). The hotel is on a Main Street, with lots of bars & eateries; so no need to go far, or struggle, finding food & drink.

As I was only working downstairs from my room this was an Ideal place to stay.
The twin rooms were very small and dated with no facilities whatsoever in them.
The beds are very small and uncomfortable, which gave me a bad back during my stay.
The breakfast and the views from the 21st floor were very good indeed.

This hotel is close to the Central Train Station. Thus it is a walking distance away for us to take the tour of "Norway in a nutshell" which starts and ends at the Central Train Station. The hotel provided a place for us to leave luggage during our tour since we have to leave early at 6.30 am, and came back at 7.30pm

The hotel was located in walking distance to everything we needed. We couldn't find a taxi at the central bus station and we could walk to the hotel, with all our bags. Only downside to our stay was that we had to leave before the complimentary breakfast and they couldn't make us one to-do. But we got a free room upgrade which was nice. I would definitely stay here again.
