The staff were very helpful and had lots of suggestions for day trips. Breakfast was fantastic with Norwegian and international foods. Our bed was made everyday and we got new towels when we needed them. I’m not a big fan of the shower design without a shower door as the water gets everywhere, but I realize that this kind of shower is the trend. Dinner at their restaurant was also amazing but I was very troubled to see whale on their menu. All in all a modern and comfortable hotel and great home base for all the excursions you can do in the area. I would stay there again.

Staying here in Tromsø was an absolute delight. The restaurant served exactly what we needed—delicious, satisfying meals that hit the spot every time. Our suite was impressively spacious, with plenty of room for our daughter to sleep comfortably on a single bed in the main living area. One of the highlights was the outdoor wellness area: the sauna, plunge pool, and spa bath were exceptional and made for a truly memorable experience. To top it off, our Aurora tour picked us up right outside the hotel—so convenient! I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tromsø.

The hotel was really stylish with amazing amenities. I have a very serious feather allergy. I always check ahead and make received a reply saying this was "no problem". After the first night my eyes were swollen shut and I needed a lot of medication. I discovered the (very stylish) yellow throw on the bed was full of feathers. I advised the staff who immediately removed it. That was it. No apology. No "here's some champagne to wash all the tablets down with". Maybe it's a Norwegian thing? If you don't have any allergies - totally visit this hotel. The rooftop is great (for Northern Light spotting). The breakfast was brilliant. Wide selection. High quality. We also used the gym (very nice) and the restaurant which was also very good indeed.

Everything was perfect with 2 exceptions, there were two glasses at the property one with a nice thick 'Merlin Monroe red' lipstick print. And the moon/mars shaped ceiling light came down with a loud booom.

Do not book this hotel. I made a reservation last week through hotels.com and mistakenly booked for September 2 instead of October 2. I didn’t receive an email or text the day before I was supposed to check in like I do with every other hotel I book and then didn’t realize my mistake until I received an email thanking me for checking in (which I didn’t of course). I contacted the hotel immediately but the wouldn’t help me move my reservation. If this is how they treat all customers beware!

Byens beste, og dyreste (😊) hotell skuffet ikke. Gjennomført høy standard på det meste - inkludert en alldeles strålende frokost. Svært smakfull innredning både på rom og ikke minst i fellesområdene, inkludert barer og spisesteder. Vi bodde i 7. etasje med flott utsikt til resten av byen og resten av Vervet-området (som for øvrig er den absolutt flotteste delen av Tromsø by - med havnepromenade med fine spisesteder og vannhull) Proffe servitører og annet staff tvers igjennom, med høy grad av servicementalitet. Kunne kanskje ønsket en enda råere "Det-fikser-vi-mentalitet" i resepsjonen, som tross alt er frontlinjen for ethvert hotell, men da er vi pirkete. Ørlite trekk for en litt stusslig kopp kaffe til desserten - etter kveldens ellers nydelige måltid i restauranten i første etasje. Totalt sett en opplevelse å være gjest her.
