Hotel was very good, continently located. We took bus from airport which dropped us just in front of the hotel. Room was quite comfortable (we were upgraded to a family room). Bathroom was relatively smaller but nicely organised. The best part was the breakfast that was amazing. Very wide spread and lot of choices. Overall, very nice experience.

This hotel is in a good location for sightseeing around Oslo. It also had the best breakfast buffet I’ve experienced - outstanding. Unfortunately the room was small and hot (no air con) and very dated. We were a couple that were given a different room type than what we booked. The room had a sofa bed that was made up for sleeping in and 2 single beds. Had to ask staff to change this on our arrival. The 2 single beds did not stay together either. The Summit bar on the 21st floor was underwhelming and very expensive. Overall this hotel was not good value and I wouldn’t stay again.

The hotel was thoroughly enjoyable to stay in. I signed up as a Radisson rewards member on arrival which meant my room was upgraded, so I had a room that overlooked the city. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the hotel had a good breakfast (including gluten free cake and bread). It also had a gym which had good opening times, and a restaurant which was also convenient (though perhaps expensive). Overall I would recommend.

This hotel is in an excellent location, walkable to restaurants and major attractions. The room was comfortable, quality linens, good toiletries. *NOTE: there is no coffee maker in the room. The staff is excellent with the exception of the waiter in charge of the restaurant. We asked to move to another table and he rudely refused. He needs training in customer service. Because of him, we chose not to eat in the restaurant for the remainder of our stay, even though we had a 20% discount.
