As Expedia Gold Members we were offered a room upgrade which actually ended up being a room much cheaper than the one we'd booked and paid for - we then weren't allowed to move back when we found out nor were we offered any compensation. Breakfast was the busiest I have ever seen, no space at all and very limited choice. The staff were rude and useless, couldn't help with anything we needed (Marius was the only helpful one) - they do not offer to help take your luggage up to your room which was a nightmare with a baby. Room cleaning was horrible - of our 6 night stay they only cleaned it twice despite multiple requests for it to be cleaned, and when it was cleaned all they did was make the bed - really not ideal when travelling with a baby who wants to play and touches everything. Our keycard was unnecessarily deactivated multiple times - something we over heard other guests complaining about too. They should really address this. The location of the hotel is ideal for travel and transport links but quite shady with a lot of illegal activity happening nearby. We would not return, this hotel is overpriced for what it is - they really lack at the most basic expectations of hospitality.

Poor three night stay - not worth premium price.

Elevators extremely noisy. Room was not cleaned properly between second, third and fourth days. Clean at check-in. Supplies not refreshed, either. A box of Kleenex would have been appreciated. Front desk staff overwhelmed by requests from other guests so we just left it alone. They would not have helped anyways. Disappointed in stay. I spend a lot of time in hotels and this was poor.

We only stayed here for two nights and loved the location which was across the street from the train and bus station. We didn't use any amenities as we were too busy exploring Oslo. The room was nice but very tight for 3. The elevator system is very unique (you'll see when you get there) and made it much quicker to get to your floor. The breakfast buffet was good for such a large hotel. I would definitely stay here again!

The Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel is a beautiful hotel. It's an easy walk from the central station train to/fron the airport. We had a drink on the rooftop terrace with a beautiful view of the city. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Bed mattresses were very uncomfortable. The rooms were not cleaned well and they did not change the bed sheets on a regular basis even when you asked. Overall, a very disappointing experience at a very high cost. They did not serve smoked salmon at breakfast. Only one day for an entire week.

The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good, wide spread. Within walking distance to the Central Train. At the lobby everyday there are fresh water and fruits. Appreciated the reception staff to invite me to join the Radisson Blu membership which I can entitled to early checkin and late checkout.
