The only negative for the lovely inn was the street traffic noise. Starting early 3am the noise prevented quality rest

Hotel with incredible charm and comfort

Comfortable room and bed, staff were nice but not very accommodating. Being on the river was beautiful, but noisy in the morning and evening.

The only issue was a shortage in staff at check in process took over a 30 minute wait. Checkout went smooth but valet parking took another 30 minute wait after they sent a text saying that we had 5 minutes.

The shower was awful in our room. Mold all around the floor. It needed Clorox and a scouring big time. The pan needed replacing. I told the cleaning supervisor but nothing was accomplished. The staff would knock on the door to clean and we asked them to give us 15 minutes and they never come back.

This property was amazing. Everything was within walking distance. Staff was friendly and rooms were very clean. Only reason I'm not rating it excellent is because of the noise. My wife and i were woke up every morning to doors being shut and people coming in and out of the lobby. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.
