Great location, amenities and room. Everyone was exceptionally nice. The manager's reception everyday from 4-5:30 was also nice. Would stay there again. Fifth floor rooms with view of the river are great.

Our historic room was large, beautiful, and well cared for by the staff during our 4 day stay. Desk staff were friendly and welcoming. River Street Inn is a great hotel with its many restaurants, speakeasy, shops and river side location. Terrific! Hope to return soon.

Customer service was excellent; the hotel was clean; the river view was perfect; ready access to everything; the room was surprisingly spacious, and I couldn't hear any neighbors. The bed was a little firm, and the balcony door did not have a true blackout capability, but overall I would return.

The staff was wonderful. and the historic aspects of the inn were great. We really enjoyed being able to walk everywhere and basically didn't use our rental car during our stay. The manager's reception every afternoon was a delight - Brad was a great bartender and the food was plentiful. We would love to return soon.

Great view of the river. Good access to River St. Quality furnishings. Parking was a little disorganized. The recommended City lot was full and so valet and self parking recommendation not available. We were instructed to find a metered street space.
