Room was beautiful, shower was great, beds were very comfortable, parking attendants were helpful, front desk was courteous and helpful, location is safe, walkable, and close to everything you need. The food and service at Hugo’s restaurant were amazing!! The food and service at Broken Keel is below par. The restaurant was not overly crowded. We sat for a while before being waited on, then waited forever for our food which arrived lukewarm as though it had been sitting for a while. Kids ordered chocolate chips on their pancakes, which was an option on the menu. After the waiter delivered plain pancakes, we asked about the chocolate chips, and were told that they were out of them. When we got our bill, there was an additional charge of $2.00 for chocolate chips. Just paid it and left because we had already been there for about an hour. Hotel and Hugo’s come highly recommended…just skip The Broken Keel.

Beautiful hotel with a wonderful staff!! Excellent restaurant and bar. Our room was beautiful and comfortable, the bathroom could use a little TLC but other than that it was perfect!!!!! Great location to bars, restaurants and shops along the river!!

The hotel is in a great location for visiting historic Savannah and the River Street district. Breakfast was not included but one breakfast option was accessible internally with a discount, and one externally with a discount. It is a beautiful hotel. We had a view of the river that was wonderful. The bed was extremely comfortable. Will definitely stay there again if we go back.

Very classy, old style nice hotel. Most interesting how the different levels lead you to different places, i.e Main entrance 4th flour on a different street, other side leads to a wonderful stroll on River street. Finding the hotel was a challenge and overnight parking was overpriced.

The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are beautifully decorated, the beds are so comfortable and the staff makes you feel welcomed and valued as guests. We dealt with Cassandra who reserved the perfect rooms for our family and made us feel at home, Ivy who made our check in easy and smooth and Jessica who checked us out and helped us with our upcoming reservations in December. All 3 of them are a true asset to the hotel and made us feel so special as guests.
