Beware of booking reservation through expedia for this property. They do not honor your expedia reservation and charge you whatever they want when you checkout. I spoke to Josh at checkout and he assured me that the price that I would be charged was what expedia reserved. Well not really. I've called many times the hotel to have them fix this overcharge, I'm just told that Josh or Sapphire will return my call, which they have not. I reached out to expedia to help me with this, being that the reservation was made through them and the hotel recommended on their site, and again nothing they can do. Horrible customer service. Lost a long time client.

I loved the look of the hotel. But the walls were really thin. I could hear people talking through the walls, walking above, and pulling carts through the hallway. Also, after checkout, $99.51 of fees were added after a three-night stay (destination fee, state sales tax, River Street improvement fee, & RS improvement sales tax). I was charged a tax on a fee to improve a street in a city I’m visiting! It was only $0.21 for the three days, but in principle, it was ridiculous. My personal opinion is that all fees should be given at booking so my balance at checkout is $0.
