De Vere Cotswold Water Park
Room sold as water view didn’t have proper view of the lake. Bathroom was shabby, paint on door and floor and towel rail was clinging on by a thread. Old boathouse food was very mediocre and disappointing.

Only lacking a 5 star as the lift was out of order from the start to the end of the visit, not a problem for us but room was up multiple flights of stairs so would have been an issue for older guests.

The room was ok but the bathroom was a little dated. Being on the top floor the ceiling in the bathroom was angled over the bath so showing signs of paint peeling and cracked tiles. The bed i found too hard causing back issues and we had to keep opening the window due to the room getting to hot. ...

Staff were lovely on check in and each time we passed through, always wishing us a good evening ect. Our room was spotlessly clean, lovely smelling toiletries. Breakfast the next morning was gorgeous too.

It is okay, but please at least please keep a tissue box in the room. There were only two tissues left in the box which is in the washroom. I paid £67 for just a few hours, and in the middle of the night my son vomited and we needed tissues, but there were none available in the room.
