Perfect location to travel around Cotswolds, the place was beautiful and so much attention to detail. Staff were all friendly and nothing was a problem. Breakfast was fabulous and we had evening meals which were all wonderful. Loved the small jugs of milk delivered every morning outside door extras could be got from a pantry. Had a very relaxing stay.

Excellent, what a beautiful place to stay in the heart of the Cotswolds, highly recommend! The suite rooms are absolutely beautiful and such a wonderful treat! A special mention for the lovely guy on reception who checked us in, and really did make us feel most welcome, he was extremely informative and nothing was ever too much trouble! Could be outstanding but the kitchen lets them down. The location, hotel and staff are wonderful but the food is where the shine falls off. Decent menu but most of the food was bland, lacking taste or overly greasy (fish). Breakfast was wrong both mornings (even with simple request), kitchen needs to read the orders properly.. At the two dinners, both night people on tables around us were commenting on their food.. (which is such a shame for a lovely hotel...

Beautiful place to stay for 2 nights and the food was all excellent and great breakfast choices and tasted great. The haddock fish and chips was huge and very yummy. All the staff were very nice and helpful so would highly recommend staying here for a few days.
