"Great hotel, great location."
Hotel was recently refurbished. Everything is new, including elevators. Great location, about 10 minutes from the Cathedral, and on a beach. Staff were very accomodating. A little pricy but otherwise super. You get what you pay for.

"Solid 3 stars"
Lovely large room, excellent condition, furniture is warn and bed is very hard. Our first night was in room 225 (opposite the dreaded and loud Irish bar ) and even with the 2 glass doors closed, there was no stopping the music or the revelry. .... till after 3am! It was so bad, that even with eat plugs, I could Still hear the conversations. The hotel moved us the next night and room 309 was so much better! The breakfast buffet staff, when presented with a group of 6 of us, said they could not accommodate and we would have to it 3 and 3. We were reuniting mother, brothers and cousins from 4 countries, only had limited hours together and were NOT going to sit apart. Several times I suggested making a round table for 4 work for the 6 of us, which was simply ignored. Upon my insistence, at least, we were seated together. Unfortunately, the food was mostly gone and didn't appear to be refilled, so this was not a great experience. The bar area did not have tapas as advertised and there was no beautiful outdoor bar as indicated online. Given all of this, it was a beautiful hotel (the best in rota) but not nearly a 4 star. I would stay again, would pass on the breakfast, and learn to live with the very old and hard beds.

"Nice hotel on a quiet square"
The Hotel Itaca was in a good location on a quiet square within a short walk of some good restaurants and bars. The hotel was very good, the room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with excellent choices to suit all tastes. Walking around Jerez is very easy and interesting with lots of lovely little streets and squares and plenty of cafes and restaurants. The Bodegas are worth visiting and Cathedral and Alcazar. We didn't manage to visit the Equestrian School, but plan to visit Jerez again soon.

"Great hotel with easy access to many places"
Close to bus/train station. Can walk everywhere in El Puerto. Beautiful old monastery hotel with nice public areas (garden, pool, terraces ). Excellent breakfast. Our room was probably the most basic but was spacious and clean with comfortable beds. If you hire a car you can park in the 'central' public underground parking for €3.95 for 24 hours, otherwise avoid driving as you do not need a car there and can go to Cadiz by catamaran for a couple of euros. We hired a car for a few days to visit inland - Los pueblos blancos and the coast, and driving around is easy. We enjoyed our stay there very much.

"Proximity to Jerez"
The hotel didn´t seem to be completed. It was a bit like the Marie Celeste. Getting to the dining room was difficult for me, recovering from a hip operation, and finding stairs without hand rails difficult.

Cadiz is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Cadiz, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Cadiz hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
