Upgraded to an Executive Room but nothing in the Executive Lounge @ 1:00 - no soft drinks, water, coffee or snacks, told it didn't start until 3 pm (on check-in) Whole idea was to have somewhere to relax after a 1.5 hour drive. Note alcohol was not available until 5pm. - licensing??
Has requested a walk-in shower as my wife has mobility issues - completley ignored. Still don't know why.
Maintenance on lifts all weekend, almost impossible to get down from upper floors on Monday morning. Had to use the stairs in the end.
All in all, not a brilliant experience.
