We had an overnight stay here on our way back to Calais. Electric car charging point available, although only 1 so we were lucky to get it! Slow charging so ideal as we left it overnight to be fully charged. Beautiful setting right on the Seine. We had a standard room which was perfectly good for 1 night: air con, big walk in shower, tea and coffee facilities (though take English tea bags if you like English tea!). We had dinner in the restaurant which was delicious and the staff were lovely. Breakfast the next day was delicious. Very good value and we would def stay here again if on our way to Calais.

Great location

Not a safe neighborhood. Staff stood and watched while I tried to open the front door, then pulled out my phone and called to be buzzed in. Extremely small bathroom, even by French standards.

Friendly staff, great interpersonal skills and very warm welcoming. The accommodation is ultra clean and in a lovely setting. Not far and easy walk into the centre and cathedrals. In house food exceptional.

Cycling London to Paris. This was our first stop. No bike storage, but chained to railings in full sight of 24hr reception. Hotel was very nice, and looking at staying here again. Food was delicious, including evening buffet. Staff were very helpful, including escorting us to see the chef to discuss vegetarian buffet options (and help with language barrier). Unfortunately, we did not have a long enough stay to enjoy the hotel's facilities (pool, spa, golf, grounds, etc), but would look at staying here again.

Excellent hotel, very good breakfast, to start your next journey. Only issue, is no evening food, and the bar is not well stocked.

Super friendly staff who went out of their way to help. Fabulous location for a hotel - a little basic but with everything you need for a short city break. Be mindful there's no a/c only fans - slightly challenging in 35+ degree temperatures.

A lovely hotel in the heart of town. The only issue we encountered was with the parking. You need a code to get through to the centre where the hotel is then to be buzzed into the actual car park. It would be useful if this information was provided prior to arriving The staff were kind and room was excellent
