The hotel is new, room is clean and perfect size for family of 4 with 2 kids. Location to train station is just few minutes away. Convenience store is just round the corner. Food establishments is just few minutes walk away.

The property was very clean and located in an incredibly convenient location. Within a few minutes of walking was Akihabara and a few minutes of walking in the opposite direction was Ueno park and zoo. I highly recommend this location if your traveling with a large group and want to stay in the same room. The staff were very friendly and professional. We'd like to give a shout out to Mr. Naito who helped with the check out and held our bags before leaving Ueno. Thank you very much, Mr. Naito!

The buffet breakfast had a really nice selection of tasty food. The hotel was with-in walking distance too all the shopping, Don Quijote. Uniqlo, GU and many more duty free shops, convenience stores and grocery stores. So close so the shrines and train stations. Excellent place to stay
