We had a great trip to Savannah GA to celebrate our 10th year Wedding Anniversary. We were taken care of immediately upon arrival by Andrew who worked the front desk. He gave us an excellent room looking out to the river. Everyone who worked at the Hotel were great and very helpful except for the lady who worked the night shift. She had a negative attitude about her job was not helpful when we were asking for local directions of places that ended up being around the corner. Her attitude continued throughout our stay at the hotel. We had a great time in Savannah and enjoyed our stay very much. Great location, restaurants and shops walking distance from the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel even with the unhappy lady working the night shift at the front desk.

We really loved the hotel. It was beautiful, clean, and the staff were especially welcoming. I really wish that a complimentary continental breakfast & coffee station were offered. Especially considering the nightly rates. I would also love complimentary beach chairs or loungers offered. Would make it seem more like a resort dedicated to the customrer's comfort instead of just a hotel offering a nice room and not much more.

"Nice, new hotel close to Savannah and Hilton head"
The hotel is new, clean and modern. it is well located to visit Savannah by car and the outlets. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room are small but the space is very efficiently set up. The full kitchen is very practical however you need to bring your own supplies.

Great location in historic Savannah. Easy walk to beautiful neighborhoods, parks and restaurants. The hotel has a fun, hip vibe and the staff were very pleasant. But the room was in disrepair and there wasn't much attention to detail by the staff. The room wasn't carefully stocked (ie. no toilet paper or soap; had to ask for it).
I would stay here again, and I would recommend it as a place to stay. Just don't expect a 5 star experience. It was perfectly adequate and pleasant with a great location and a nice staff.

A lovely hotel reflecting the early historic charm of Savannah. Beautifully decorated. Wine and cheese is provided every evening in the lobby area with a pianist playing music for guests which was very enjoyable. The hotel staff is outstanding -- helpful, friendly, and efficient. We would most definitely stay at the Planters Inn again!

Nice Hotel, very clean and with a very confortable bed. Good soundproof windows, it is very close to the highway but you can't hear the noise. At the reception Nilesh was very nice and friendly. Ready to help you if you need suggestions.
