We first stayed here about 10 years ago and were very happy. Savannah was a stopover on way to and from Gatlinburg, so we booked the Andaz without hesitation. Needless to say, we were extremely disappointed.

Overall our stay was good. I did expect higher standards of cleanliness from this property since it's affiliated with Hyatt. But besides our dirty bathroom, the room was pretty clean & the staff was lovely.

I was surprised of the condition of the hotel. Andaz is a higher end brand of Hyatt. The room was nice enough but the elevators were not in good condition. The tiles were cracked and broken.

The staff was so over the top friendly and helpful. They gave us restaurant recommendations as well as checked us in to our hotel room early. The location is convenient to the shops and tourist attractions, as well as the river. I would definitely stay again!

Great girls’ getaway

We loved our stay!! College girl 50th reunion and staff was incredible- comfy suites and few issues we had were taken care of quickly- shower heads replaced to improve water pressure, all the towels 4 women could ask for! A sink in the bar area would be nice. Definitely recommend!
