"Good amenities & close to the beach."
Our room was clean, neat, and the bed was very comfortable. The room we had looked just like the picture on their web site, so I think it was recently remodeled. We were on the seventh floor and had a decent view, over the hotels across the street, to the ocean. (I read the bay side had a nice view also). We requested an early check in, if possible and the did get us in a little earlier than the check in time, which coincided with the time we arrived. Perfect! We loved having a restaurant right in the hotel, which had a great happy hour and made great specialty drinks and it also had an outside roof deck with a good views. Breakfast had a good variety and the staff was very nice. The pool was always crowded with a lot of children, but I did manage to get to the large hot tub they have in the same area. It is at the beginning of the strip, so it's in a quieter area, so if you want to be in the heart of the action you might want to look for a place in the middle of town. We didn't mind driving or taking the bus to the action spots. The price was good, for what we got, compared to other hotels on the strip. It was also close enough to Delaware to go do shopping there also. We will definitely go back to this hotel when we go back next year.

"Nice Hotel away from the boardwalk"
The hotel is nice. Its close to the beach. The elevator is the only downside to this hotel. It takes forever. If you want to have nice quiet nights away from the boardwalk this works.

"Good location to restaurants, beach, night clubs"
Stayed for 4 days 8/17 - 8/20 in a double king room overlooking the pool. The room was clean and roomy but a bit dated. Pillows are very soft so you may want to bring your own if so inclined. Walk to the beach is about 8 minutes and there are many restaurants and bars within walking distance. Nice sized balcony to sit out. The shower had excellent water pressure. Pool was clean and the hotel overall was clean. Only complain is that this hotel seems to attract quite a bit of 20 somethings so be prepared for late night noise in and around the hotel of "drunken" millenials. The cafe was a nice feature and the food was good and inexpensive for OC. I would stay here again and would recommend to friends and family.

"Good and bad."
Staff at desk were wonderful, helped with restaurant ideas and parking. Beach was close to the hotel- 1 block and did not have to cross any streets. Hotel walls and room were very clean. Only 2 problems. The French doors would not lock or stay shut, letting in the heat and humidity. We put a suitcase in front of the doors to keep door shut which helped. Also the carpet in the hallway and rooms is filthy!! Large stains and it smells!

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Bethany Beach Boardwalk hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
