Berwick-upon-Tweed Vacation Packages

Room spacious and bed was a bit hard. Otherwise I was happy with my stay. There is car park at the back. Good bus service into Durham bus station. Small shops nearby. Did have a slight problem when I arrived after 3pm as it was closed. Rang the property and was asked to go at back . All was well.

There was a lot of building work going on to complete the new spa.

We enjoyed the spacious suite that had a gorgeous view of Durham Cathedral. The location was perfect walking distance to the river and attractions and restaurants in town.

Staff were most helpful and location was good free parking

Staff were very helpful and polite. However the room we stayed in was dated and needed work. There was cracks/paint chipping in the ceiling in the bathroom. The bathroom door kept getting jammed on the floor and the sink was missing the cover. The shower also leaked onto the floor after use. The bed was comfortable for one night however the pillows were flat. The swimming pool was well maintained and kept clean at all times. However going for a swim was not ideal with children jumping in the way. Food was amazing cant recommend the rib room server was pleasant. Breakfast was very good as well and the waiting staff kept the place very clean
