The hotel was filthy with trash all over the outside and lobby. No amenities and smelled.

I really enjoy this hotel, though it is very pricey. Room was great, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast is outstanding with the omlets. Paying for parking feels a bit silly, which is why I'm rating 4 stars (overall price and parking.)

Hotel Concord Syracuse, an Ascend Collection Hotel
Room was a little tight compared to others we've stayed in, especially for 4 people. Breakfast was as minimal as it could possibly be and still be called free breakfast. The hotel was clean.

A bit noisy the night I stayed. Turns out there was a group of teen girls checked in. Would have liked some info as to towels for pool. We were unsure. Breakfast would have been nice, but they ran out of plates and food items. Good location. No sign of bed bugs either.

Airport shuttle was so nice to have - it does take about 15 minutes to the airport, so that needs to be factored in. All in all, a fine overnight and no real issues.
