New Buildingcat a very good price

I stay in Syracuse when flying out of the airport. This was a convenient location if you have your own car or a rental car. It’s brand new so in great condition Al a really good price,

Horrible

Hotel was very clean and nice. Big problem with no hot water in my room. After numerous calls to front desk they said there was nothing they can do and would have to wait until Monday. I was staying Saturday to Sunday and my wife and I were from out of town to see a show. Very upset and they did nothing to make it right.

Expedia took money for a reservation at this hotel and when we got there to check in for my husband's surgery there was NO room for us. EXPEDIA did nothing to help and still charged me even though I didn't actually get any lodging. To make matyers worse there another couple right behind us trying to check in that Expedia also rented a nonexistent room for. Expedia refuses ro give us a refund.... fraud fraud fraud

This is a no-frills hotel, economy, but clean and well maintained. Actually it’s pretty new. Good applaieances and a great smart tv. Great economy option.

Loved it!!

This room was absolutely perfect for us. So roomy. Great kitchen area. Wonderful bed!! Comfortable plus I didn’t feel any of my husband’s movements. Very clean. I will stay again if in the area. Best room we have ever had.
