The staff were amazing. Super professional and nice. The room needed work. The bathroom shower was not fully cleaned and had men’s hair on the wall. The door looked to be kicked in because the parts were missing and the door would not fully shut.

When I booked this room at Hotels.com the total cost was supposed to be $72.37 with all taxes, fees, trip insurance and OneKeyCash discount. However, La Quinta billed my credit card $100 for the room. Breakfast was below standard. Coffee was undrinkable. No oatmeal among food options
