Awful Stay - Mold and No Quiet Hours

We were right outside the courtyard where there is a pool and corn hole for people to play. There is no designated time for quiet hours. So people were out playing corn hole with a crazy loud thumping and being loud and laughing well past midnight all three nights we were there. We had early mornings all three days and had a time difference that made the mornings seem even earlier for us. Having no quiet hours is ridiculous. I did call to complain on the third night and someone talked to the people who were out being loud. However, it still took them another hour to clear out. Not a good environment for sleep at all! The bathroom was covered in mold as well. Huge mold stains above the toilet and in the shower. I shouldn't have to pay a dime for this stay. Easily one of the worst experiences I have had.

My hotel stay

I had a peaceful / restful stay at the Wyndham Garden even though there were people knocking on every door at about 2am. Breakfast was ok, the coffee wasn't good it tasted old. Maybe the receptacle it was brewed in hadn't been cleaned in a while otherwise everything else was ok. Thanks!

The hotel grounds and interior weren’t very clean and there are paint drips all over the pavement. We were told our regular room had been overbooked and we were assigned to the long term stay side. There were lots of people hanging around outside this LT stay section staring at you, making you feel like they were sizing you up for a break-in later on. The pillows were strangely hard, and the towels were not refreshed during our 3 night stay. We were rather disappointed and would not book again unless nothing else was available.

Property was fine and I slept well. There is some noise that comes from atrium area but fan on a/c dulled it well enough. I left too early to enjoy breakfast but I appreciate that coffee was still available for us early departures
