When we arrived the air did not work but they changed the battery and got it working quickly. Did not like the door being outside didn’t know that was what “garden view” meant. The pool did not work. My grandson was disappointed and older teanagers hug out in the garden area until around 3am being loud and then they went onto their room snd continued to be loud.

Upon arrival, I encountered an issue with my reservation dates. Although a room wwas subsequently provided, I found it to be unmade with toiletries left on the bathroom counter. I promptly requested a different room. The second room initially appeared satisfactory; however, upon closer inspection, I discovered mold growth in the air conditioner duct. Furthermore, the bathroom door would not close properly as it scraped against the floor. During my attempt to shower, the spigot was remarkably loose and could be pulled from the wall. While the water was hot, the shower head was unadjustable. Later, as I prepared for bed, I noted that despite being in a king-size room, only three pillows were provided, and these were smaller than standard size, resembling decorative pillows. The mattress itself was exceptionally firm, feeling as though I was sleeping directly on springs, which exacerbated a pre-existing back condition, resulting in a restless night. The following morning, after retrieving breakfast, I proceeded to check out. Unfortunately, no staff members were present at the counter for approximately five to ten minutes, preventing me from discussing these issues. There was no bell or other mechanism to summon assistance, only a sign stating "We'll be back." To my further dismay, I discovered this morning that my account has been charged $217 for the room, when the agreed-upon rate was $117. Upon my arrival at the hotel, I was informed of a $100 service charge for potential

There are many stipulations for checking in and staying at this particular hotel. All of them should be added to your sight ti make customers aware before traveling across country to find out otherwise. That’s is not ok and for that reason I will give this hotel the lowest rate that can be given. Leaving customers in the blind is not good for business.

Room was ok, just dirty. Hair on the floor in the bathroom from the previous customer. The glass doors separating the room was filthy with smudges and finger prints. Walls needed wiped down. Towel rack and hanger on back of bathroom door were both hanging by a loose screw. The photos of the hotel online must have been taken a long time ago or photoshopped. The outside patio furniture was all ripped up, over grown weeds everywhere, etc. Was disappointed.
