Jeremy at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. The room 525 was very clean and cool on hot day. The oatmeal and fresh fruit was delicious for breakfast. Will stay here again.

Standard hotel. Directions bring you to the front side. But, parking andvthe entrance is on Lady Street in the back. My bathroom at home is cleaner. Housekeeping ran out of supplies to remove red shower growth. Nobody changed linens on second bed. Drape dropped off and bright light ended sleeping early in the morning.

Most definitely a frequent place I'm coming more often. Even the cooks go out of their way to make sure your well taken care of. The whole staff is amazing.

This hotel is very conveniently placed between downtown Columbia and the Riverwalk. We were able to walk to almost every place we wanted to see. Breakfast was included and the selection of food was very nice. The room was comfortable and spacious. Please note you will be charged daily to park your car in their parking lot.

Our room was clean and well appointed. We had our dog with us and she was made very welcome. We enjoyed the proximity to the convention center where I was working and local restaurants staff. The staff were very friendly and I seem to enjoy working together at the Hyatt

It was ok this time. We have stayed here before and it was better. It wasn’t as clean this time around, shower was a bit dirty, and comforter needed a wash. Breakfast was just ok- front desk staff were great tho! Very friendly and helpful.
