Accueil à revoir, des soucis dans la chambre : bureau et chaise abîmés, porte de douche qui bloque. Jet du Jacuzzi trop fort. Piscine mal nettoyé. Pas d’huiles essentielles dans le hammam. 24€ pour le petit déjeuner par personne => on l’a pris en extérieur du coup. WE en amoureux décevant de ce fait.

Air conditioning could be allowed to turn down a bit colder. Was a stuffy room overnight unless you open windows. Then you gotta listen to all the night life pass by

The hotel was conveniently located and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice although it felt a bit small. The bathroom was tight but fully functional with a nice shower.

Extremely handy to the train station and just 10 mins walk to the old town. Wonderful welcome from reception staff, excellent room and great breakfast. Everyone we spoke to loved Rennes and was happy in their role which is great to see. We will definitely come back to this Novotel
