Hotel property was very nice, clean, and in a great location. Unfortunately we were in a room across from the local park and it was very noisy. Starting at 6:00 a.m (on Veterans Day holiday) trash trucks were picking up trash. By 6:30 the gardeners showed up and were using their blowers for at least 45 minutes! Would go back , but would book a room on the other side of the hotel.

Hotel was easy to find with good-sized parking area. Check In was very friendly with tea, coffee and water available whilst we went through the process. Were able to park outside the block we were staying. The lift was big enough for our luggage. We booked a King Oceanfront Suite which was right on the ocean side of the hotel on the top (third floor). The bedroom was very big (plenty of space), with an en-suite bathroom which had a shower over the bath. There was a double wardrobe, chair, TV, in-room safe and comfortable bathrobes. The bed was very comfortable with a firm mattress and soft linens. There was a second bathroom (this time with a shower) off the living area. The shower had plenty of hot water and good flow. Both bathrooms had plenty of towels – bath, hand and face towels. The living area was large and had a second wardrobe, couch, tables, chairs, TV, desk and there was a microwave, tea/coffee making facilities and refrigerator. Room and bathrooms were clean. Wifi in the room was good. We had a balcony overlooking the ocean and spent the two days we stayed just watching the whales and birds. Fantastic sunsets. Very quiet and lovely to hear the waves at night. We also had breakfast which was basic but fine. There was a pool and fitness room which we did not use and guest laundry which we did use. Easy walk to the beach and the town. Would definitely stay again, in an ocean front room on the second or third floor and out of season when the kids are not around.

This was my first time staying here and I really enjoyed it. Check in was easy and fast. The young man at the front desk had the best manners, I was really impressed. The coffee and tea is so convenient. We were upgraded which was really nice. The little balcony in the rooms is cute and the bed was comfy although I had to get up to adjust the sheets a few times because they would move exposing the bare bed. That wasnt a big deal though. They were also cool about my service dog which I appreciate! Pool was small but I can't complain with the affordable, nice rooms. Would stay here again
