Avila Beach Vacation Packages

The Fog Catcher is our favorite place to stay when we visit Cambria. The rooms are always clean, we’re literally across the road from Moonstone Beach, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. We’ve been staying here at least a couple of times a year since 2020 or 2021. Here’s to many more!

We go to Pismo every summer with our two small kids. This was the first time we stayed at this hotel and we highly recommend it. Really great views of the ocean and the pier. Rooms are big, clean and comfortable. They all have a balcony. There is a great walkway down to the beach. You can also walk to the brewery, Ventana Grill and Vista Steakhouse. It’s about a 25 min walk to the Pismo Pier.

No Kleenex, dishwasher not secure, coffee pot leaked, no sugar for coffee, toilet in master bedroom won’t flush sometimes due to toilet “running”, toilet paper dispenser in master bedroom broken, long very long wait for hot water, views were disappointing. Very clean, very comfortable, especially the beds, well-equipped kitchen, great beach accessories, well-regulated temperature, greatly-appreciated laundry facilities, beautifully decorated, lighting really superior, sufficient electrical outlets, best parking, excellent access to beach and Pismo Main Street.

My family and I enjoyed the stay. No complaints at all. Well,besides the hot tubs not having stronger jets. The view of the beach was a major plus to hotel. The staff was very helpful and courteous.

The beds are horrible
