"Spacious accomodations for the price of a hotel"
We booked this location assuming it's close to the Biltmore Estate and was on the main drag to town. The accomodations were 2 bedrooms sleeping 5 comfortably with kitchen and living area with fireplace. Unit had hardwood floors and basic Bldr grade furnishings. Hardwood floors means NOISE! The only downside was the walls, ceilings and floors are THIN and any activity upstairs or outside could be heard. Maids start cleaning rooms moving furniture , vaccuming as soon as guests leave. The entire renovation they did forgot about soundproofing. We had a ground floor unit so outside our window you could hear folks load their cars, start their engines, drag luggage etc. The woman above us who wore hard heels and walked across the room (hardwood) fifteen times at 8 in the morning ruined any idea of sleeping in. The exterior is nicely done, very modern looking and inviting. Great place if you are an early riser.

"Very Responsive Staff."
First time at this hotel. Stayed 3 nights. Very clean and spacious and quiet room. Very kind, friendly and professional staff throughout my stay. I used the kitchenette which had no dishes, but no problem, the desk clerk gave me a bin of dishes and utensils. I was also loaned a phone charger since I. had forgotten mine. I will stay at this hotel every time I visit Asheville. Oh, and very easy to get downtown.

    Explore Asheville

Asheville earns its accolades, and a stroll through downtown reveals this mountain town’s appeal. Diners savor biscuits at Tupelo Honey. Music fans line up at the Orange Peel. Gourmands sip liquid truffles at French Broad Chocolate Lounge. And bless our hearts, we haven’t even mentioned the breweries. How many can one city hold?

Tucked in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Asheville is packed tight with indie stores, inviting galleries and farm-to-table eateries. Downtown is particularly fun, and its breezy energy turns convivial at night, with party buses and sidewalk buskers boosting the good-time vibe. The crowd? An appealing mix of hipsters, hippies and hikers, with a few preppies thrown in for balance.

The sprawling Biltmore Estate is the city’s marquee attraction. Completed in 1895 by shipping and railroad heir George Vanderbilt, the home is modeled after the grand castles of Europe. Further afield, hiking trails explore the peaks and waterfalls of the Blue Ridge Parkway. And how many breweries can one city hold? Eighteen, with more on the way.
