There were a lot of homeless people living near my car and blocking the walkway. The room was very small. The ceiling fan was loud and dirty. The sheets were clean, and so were the towels.

Walked in and person very unruly It took the one of us to CALL THE POLICE spoken to person behind desk to get that person under crontrol. Went down hall to see a room. DARK LIGHTING POOR The one of us enerting room comes out to me saying NO WAY. I then told lady who showed us room. No way were we staying Place was unacceptable. We don't feel safe. We then thought we might not have had the car in the morning

Horrible

We did not stay and lost the $160 we had paid. There were homeless every where outside the hotel. It was very dirty. No one was in the lobby and they refused to return our money when we talked to them.

The worst hotel I have ever been to. I had to wait to get my room because they had to inspect the room and was not allowed to be present. When I was allowed in the room it smelled like smoke and the pillowcases looked like they hadn't been changed So, I looked at the sheets and there were stains and looked like they weren't changed. The place looked bad nothing like the photos. The staff was arguing with people in the hallways it felt unsafe. The staff was un-friendly. They wouldn't give me the wifi password. They had to put it in my phone for me. No airport shuttle unless you paid surcharge. A charge if you didn't take your trash out when you checked out. A charge for if towels got stained. A charge if you lost your key.

The property was nothing like advertised. There were homeless people in the parking lot. Shuttle was non existent. Room and interior were nothing like the pictures. Room smelled of cigarette smoke. Beds were standard military fare. Spent one night and found new accommodations in the morning.

We ended up leaving 5 minutes and did not stay! The room was disgusting my sneakers stuck to the floor, the bathroom had burn marks all over the sink. There was trash in the bucket from prior guests. The shower had mold in it. The table and curtains were filthy and ripped. I wouldn’t let a criminal stay there. I am totally shocked that Expedia would even support this (and I use the word loosely) hotel.

when we tried to check in, the owner was running around YELLING. there's no clean linens, no cleaners to clean the room, there were 5 couples standing in the lobby trying to check in hearing this. The area was horridous. The smell of the entire place was aweful.

this hotel should be shut down!!! Two half drunk beer bottles in the fridge. Vomit on the floor in the hall along with trash all over. Looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in over a month. There was what I only could surmise was mold on the ceiling. Literally a disgusting place. The beds smelled like an ashtray and the bed cover clearly had stains on both of them. Don’t come here ever!! People yelling in the alley out back and rummaging through the dumpster. A one star is too high a rating for this place

The hotel once had character and the staff was friendly but there were cigarette holes on the comforter, stains on the blinds and I felt like I had to watch my car out the window. If I had any other place to go, I would have left. Instead I bolted the door and waited until sunrise.
