Staff was incredible. Quiet area but close to museum quarter, shopping and restaurants. Breakfast is fresh and healthy. The decor is super cool. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is very well located, with friendly and helpful staff. It felt safe, quiet, and clean, which made the stay comfortable. I would definitely consider staying here again if I visit Amsterdam in the future.

Location was excellent, close to all the local attractions and just great for walking around the city. We had a loft too Which was really nice. Only negative was the breakfast, was very small offering and was never topped up.

Five star all the way! The property is over 100 years old and literally the best location in Amsterdam. But what made her stay so amazing was the incredible staff. They made sure every second of our stay was a pleasure and the best it could be. We will definitely be back.

The rooms and property were clean and the staff were helpful. The rooms were hot (we were also there during a record heat wave), but for a 5 star hotel at the price point of this one I didn’t expect to be uncomfortable in my room irrespective of the outside conditions.

Hay cuartos que tienen escaleras para ir del baño a la cama (6 escalones) somos personas de 70+ y nos pesó mucho el cuarto. Mi familia iba en otras habitaciones y solo nos asignaron la complicada a los viejos. Hice el reclamo y me trataron muy bien, sugiero se aseguren no les asignen cuartos con escaleras
