"Excellent location to explore the Hague and Delft"
Outside of the hotel is impressive as is the hall just upstairs beyond the reception with its painted ceiling and chandeliers. Room was compact with a side view of the beach. Bed was lovely and comfortable with crisp white duvet and towelling bath robes supplied and shower room & toilet very nice. Had pedicure in the salon which was excellent and good value. Mini bar in fridge replenished every day but a bit hit and miss when replenishing coffee and tea etc; had to ask for milk and water on a few occasions. Swimming pool adequate. Quite small for hotel size. Has a lovely view of the strand though and an outdoor lounging area for relaxing and sunbathing. In its day it was probably a more luxurious hotel but not now. Carpets on our floor leading to our room were clean but heavily stained as if bleach had been dropped on them.

"Good hotel with very friendly staff."
The hotel was perfectly located for everything we wanted to see. It was close to Madurodam, which the children loved. We had a car with us and the hotel's location is equally convenient for getting out of the Hague as it is to getting into the centre of the Hague. We had a great time visiting the Keukenhof tulip gardens, and also spent some time in Delft which is very pretty. The family suites are a good size and well worth booking if travelling with children. The room we booked had access to the business lounge, which had good breakfasts for the family. We would definitely stay there again if we went to The Hague.

"Nice hotel on the beach and thankfully near work "
I had a great stay at the Carlton but a little expensive for the winter and I wanted to stay another week, purely for work reasons, is near NATO but it was going to be almost 900 which is not worth it.

"Nice hotel, great design and place."
In general the hotel is absolutely great. but they should take care of checking the clearance of the room. There are rare used places in the wardrobe which are never cleaned. I was disappointed to found there old trousers and a lot of dust. (Room n 102) Hope they will read my comment and make some changes. Also I want to say a good words to the stuff on reception, really professional and positive. Will back here later.

"Nice practical hotel, close to city center"
The stay was great, the staff was very friendly and supportive. I did a mistake in my booking nevertheless they managed to accommodate my stay very nicely and pleasantly despite my early arrival. They also managed to help me getting the student room for my daughter early. The hotel is very practical and close to city center and Den Haag Holland Spoor station which is a major station in the The Hague. Room cleanness needs to be followed up on and revisited, I stayed for 5 nights in two different room and neither one was cleaned nor towels were changed, toilet papers were never refilled. I have to say that the Staff is super nice and helpful.

The Hague is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in The Hague, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your The Hague hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
