Easy, convenient checkin. Great front desk staff who were responsive to our needs. Hotel restaurant is pricey, but overall good experience. The location is great for us. Just minutes from a major Dallas intersection. The Galleria is within walking distance. The neighborhood in back of the hotel is nice, with lots of dog lovers. The only downside is the parking gate. The angle to drive in is weird and hard to reach if you are in a car.

I stayed at this motel for 3 nights and the TV wasn't able to catch at least 10 of the measly 30+ channels.
I checked in on friday afternoon and didn't see housekeeping until 6pm on Sunday. That was the first and last time they cleaned my room. And I went to the front desk Saturday afternoon about 3p as I was leaving the room to go out in town and asked could they send housekeeping to my room. When I returned that night my room was in the same condition I left it. I don't care how little you pay for a room you should be able to at least expect clean towels daily. I also wasn't aware that there was an additional daily fee to use their Wifi...Really?

My experience with matt the front desk manager was not a pleasant one. He was very stingy with the bath towels. I asked for 1 extra towel and he was hesitant on giving it to me. He was rude about it. I had to explain to him why i needed 1 extra towel. Give your guests what they ask for. They pay $70+ per night they should get what they want.

In Dallas, the Galleria Dallas is the alpha and omega of shopping. This massive, glittering complex features highbrow names such as Rolex, Versace, and Louis Vuitton. It’s easy to work up an appetite if one blazes through the mall’s three levels. Fortunately, Addison’s Beltline Road restaurant row is nearby. The cuisine of six continents is represented in Addison’s 160-plus restaurants.
