I've stayed here once before. The first experience was not pleasant but this more recent stay was better.
The staff is very pleasant and nice. Probably the most genuine smiles I've ever recieved at a hotel.
But the building itself needs more work; and by looking at the building you can see they are undergoing renovations.
The room itself was fine but the bed. OUCH. It was very hard and uncomfortable for me. I actually had to sleep on top of extra pillows, which the staff brought to me.
All in all, it's not the best but it's also not the worst place I've stayed. The staff is what made the stay worth it.

What a wonderful, relaxing stay. The rooms are spotless and well appointed. Starbucks coffee in the room. They even give you vitamins!
Loved the grounds--ducks, geese and squirrels galore, and you can feed the ducks and geese.
The 1 mile track around the property was nice--very safe, even at night. I also enjoyed the fitness facility and went to some of the classes.

In Dallas, the Galleria Dallas is the alpha and omega of shopping. This massive, glittering complex features highbrow names such as Rolex, Versace, and Louis Vuitton. It’s easy to work up an appetite if one blazes through the mall’s three levels. Fortunately, Addison’s Beltline Road restaurant row is nearby. The cuisine of six continents is represented in Addison’s 160-plus restaurants.
