Let's just say that the "elevators" makes "everyone" who stays there feel let down and frustrated. Good luck trying to get out the door when it's time to leave. Basically 2 elevators that work at one time and they love to stop on 1 floor whether someone gets on or off.
After stating the obvious, let's focus on the other things
Checking in was kind of seamless, but not very forthcoming on how to manage the garage ticket system when you have prepaid or th for breakfast. Having said that, the breakfast was wonderful and the servers omwere nice.
No one checked to make sure there was plenty of shampoo and conditioner in the bottles, and we ran out after the 1st day. They were pretty quick to come to the room and bring more, but we asked for fresh towels but they were not left.
The pool and lounge area is nice, but you can tell the pool is old and showing it's teeth. It was nice to swim in though.
The beds were comfortable and the bathroom clean and nice water pressure, but who doesn't have a mini microwave on hotel rooms nowadays. Not big deal, but heating up left overs is nice.
It's a great location though, and close to walking distance to a lot of things that are in the downtown area
No fuss in checking out and I will say that communicating by Text is a nice touch!!!
Overall a decent experience, but the elevators take away from what is nice about the place
