We arrived to find that our pre-booked and prepaid room had been given away. Once we were finally given a room, the A/C unit was so loud it sounded like a helicopter was in the room, and the bathtub wouldn’t drain.
The service has been chaotic—every staff member gives different information. We were told five different things about parking, and we’ve had constant issues with the gate and garage access due to the conflicting instructions.
We were also told the rooftop pool was open and available, but when we tried to use it, another front desk employee told us it’s actually closed until June. It’s incredibly frustrating that so many of the amenities that make this place appealing are either unavailable or misrepresented.
To make matters worse, there was a man openly selling drugs right outside the entrance. It made us feel unsafe and incredibly uncomfortable.
Do yourself a favor—don’t stay here. It’s not worth the money, the stress, or the disappointment.
