The room was absolutely substandard and I would be horrified to let my children sleep in the family room. I have seen mattresses at the tip in better condition. Bedding is not clean, full of hair and it didn’t get much better in the other rooms we got moved too.

The hotel is ok. The staff is nice and the breakfast is good. The room is very noisy, though.
