The staff are so nice at the Doubletree Cadbury whereas the actual hotel rooms are a bit small and tired. It’s good value for money though and we enjoyed using the pool.

From start to finish, all was good. Check-in, room and cleanliness. Getting to the hotel is not for the faint-hearted, especially from the M5, some very narrow roads to navigate.

Cleanliness was tops. Distance to Heathrow and ease of shuttle to the airport were great, but we expected it to be free. When we called to book, and ask about a shuttle, we found out it was available, but no one mentioned a per person fee....we had spent all our pounds so we wouldn't take any home ...

Staff were amazing. Room was a bit cold and lady came up with an extra duvet really quickly. All staff we came across were really lovely and helpful. Our dog was treated like a king!

I had a 1 week stay there the room was large the a double and was comfortable room was clean and tidy bathroom the same and a very good location to walk to the town centre or you can catch a bus 30 or 54 to town
