Excellent budget-friendly hotel. It's an older building but clean and well maintained. The location was super convenient, with a good parking lot (something we didn't realize was a premium in Niagara until we started looking at hotels). Would book again.

Really lovely hotel and staff all around,

Très beau hôtel. Bien situé, à pied des attractions principales. Très bon buffet déjeuner, mais on a pas aimé l’attitude du chef exécutif (plutôt bête avec les enfants et ses employés). Les autres employés étaient vraiment supers.

Absolutely wonderful staff, food, lounges, decor and comfort. Stellar in every way.

Hotel was close to movie theater, shopping, restaurants. Staff was kind and helpful. Hotel had a big and delicious breakfast everyday. We had a 1 bedroom suite with kitchen which was convenient.

We didn't enjoy the experience in here. When we first came in, we couldnt find a TV remote controller, so we sent emails and called the property company many times, but we had to wait for so long since their response was taking so much. When they finally answered my call, I explained the situation, and they said the remote is broken so they ordered a new one, and it will be delivered in two days, but the thing is we are leaving here tomorrow. That means we can't access the TV. My fammily and I were going to take some break during night watching the TV, but we couldn't, because of that. We called the company one last time, and they didn't answer, and I was guessing they left their business for today. They showed NO AMMENITIES & SLOW RESPONSE & NO RESPONSIBLITY for customer’ problem. Ridiculous experience at this place. Our family trip was RUINED to be honest.

Nice stay. Kids lived the pool. Cute, clean little village of cottages.
