El chalet está muy bien localizado limpio y exactamente como están en sus fotos de promoción y yo diría que mejor pues las fotos no se pueden apreciar la flora y fauna que puede ver con una simple caminata por el jardín

The idea of the hotel is nice. However, to be an Eco five star hotel, it lacks of many things. Even though the rooms are well located, the rooms are dark and the electricity is very low. It is easy to lose something!. The people in reception do not answer, it is necessary to call them many times before they answer. The restaurant's staff is nice, specially Daniela. However, it has also issues. The wine list is not good, the wine bottles cannot be returned if the customer did not like the taste.They tried to cook traditional food with a better style but some of the dishes are weird and lose the authenticity of the regional food. At the end I did not know what I was eating. In sum, they have a nice place to develop a 5 star hotel but it needs many improvements.
