The desk staff at check could have been more welcoming. Didn't explain not one thing of the hotel. It was our first time in Europe, I had to come back down to learn how to turn on light in room. They gave me the pool towel cards. But never told me where to return pool towels. Upon check out they asked me for the towels that I had already turned in to the floor house keeper. They explained the restaurant hours or breakfast. The room TV didn't have the ability to change language to English.

Beautiful hotel - staff were very friendly and helpful - highly recommend !!

Our room was over-the-top fabulous! Spacious, lovely and well laid out, with every amenity provided. The bathroom was huge, with double-sinks and plenty of counterspace and storage. The balcony was amazing - commanding a lovely view of the Mediterranean, feeling the breeze from the sea, hearing the call of the seagulls, seeing the sunset, overlooking the lovely pool area. I only wished I could stay for longer.

The place was comfy and clean with decent ac. However I did not get a room with a view, which is what I paid for and I felt like I was overcharged for what I got.
