Food decidedly poor. Iron spit brown water all over my white shirt. There’s a hanging sign on it to tell you to use a towel before using the steam but it fell off as I took it out of the cupboard. It didn’t really help az it just continued to spit out brown water after many applications. The iron had water left in it which wouldn’t have helped the situation. I called down to reception and housekeeping several times but nobody answered. Sealant could do with replacing in the bathroom. Beds comfortable. Good location. Was a short walk from terminal 2 and train station which is why we booked. Convenient shuttle bus. Would I book again? Probably not.

Room lovely, very clean and comfortable, bed comfy... Would like softer pillows but there was a good selection so was able find a suitable one.. breakfast was excellent... Good choices... Staff were lovely, very helpful and attentive

The rooms are mint.bed was abit too hard for my liking thou. All staff are friendly and helpful and cecure carparking at back of hotel £19.50 24/hours...

Stayed only one night for a nearby wedding. The hotel is perfectly clean and proper but could do with some modernisation. The staff were great and especially Paul who went above and beyond what you’d normally expect.
